International Student Application
Register at Çukurova University!
Among applicants achieving right to enroll, must submit the original copies listed below and Turkish translations certified by the notary or Turkish Embassies/Consulates to ‘Çukurova University Students Affairs Office’. In the contrary case, registrations of candidates will not be actualized. English Translations are not approved by Students Affairs Office.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Non-Turkish students must obtain Student Residence Permit from Foreigners Police Department in 30 days after their arrival at Turkey. Citizens of T.R.N.C. are not required to obtain Student Residence Permit, instead they should obtain a Foreign Nationals Identification Number from the Directorate of Population.

Required Documents for Registration

     Following documents shall be handed in the course of registration for Çukurova University:

1- High School Diploma: Original copy of the High School Graduation Diploma and the approved Turkish translation by a public notary or Turkish Embassy/Consulates in your country. For Turkish diplomas translation is not necessary, nevertheless both certified copy and the original copy of the diploma must be submitted.

2- Equivalence Certificate: High School Diploma Equivalence Certificate issued by the Turkish Embassy/Consulates in your country or the Provincial Directorates of National Education in Turkey. Diplomas issued by Ministry of National Education of Turkish Republic do not need equivalence certificate.

3- Exam Document: Original copy and the approved translations of the exam taken.

4- High School Transcript: Original and the approved translations of your high school transcript.

5- Educational Visa: Original copy and the approved copy of a passport bearing an Educational Visa issued by the Turkish Embassy/Consulates in your country.

6- Educational Visa and Residence Permit: Non-Turkish Students (except for T.R.N.C., Syria) are obliged to present an educational visa issued by the Turkish Embassies/Consulates. International Students Office will send an 'acceptance letter'
to your previously informed adress. Please apply for an educational visa with this acceptance letter. Those, including the citizens of countries with visa exemtpions (except for T.R.N.C., Syria) will not be registered without an educational visa stamped in their passports. The non-Turkish students who already reside in Turkey are obliged to present an educational residence permit released by the Foreigners Branch Police Department. The students who hold a valid educational residence permit do not need to obtain an Educational Visa.

7- Student Tuition Fee: A receipt of tuition fee deposited into the bank account of İş Bank Çukurova University Branch.

8- Personal Photograph: 16 photos (45 x 60 mm size, white background, all the same).

9- Turkish Language Proficiency Document: Original and the approved copy of the Turkish language proficiency document. The candidates, who are admitted to the programs where the language of instruction is Turkish or English, are required to submit this document, provided that given by TÖMER.

10- Exam Result of TOEFL or YDS English: The original and the approved exam result of TOEFL or YDS English (for programs where the medium of instruction is fully or partially English. If students do not have this document, they will be required to take a language English Proficiency Exam held at Çukurova University/School of Foreign Languages. If the students obtain the required result from this exam, they will start the applied program. However, if they cannot get the required results, then they will have to study a year of English preperation before the program).
